In the Republic of Tatarstan anti-corruption monitoring is carried out

As it is noted in results of the carried-out monitoring, a priority in the system anti-corruption work including diagnostics and measurement of corruption is regular identification and studying of zones of risk, weak and weak points in life of society which can be the corruption emergence center. On the basis of risk analysis purposeful measures for prevention of corruption can be developed, and also control mechanisms are entered. For an assessment of spheres of possible manifestations of corruption information of the current state statistics, results of studying of public opinion on satisfaction of the population with quality of the provided services in the Republic of Tatarstan, studying of opinion of the population on corruption is used.
One of tools of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan is the state information system "National Control", popular among Tatarstaners. Today inhabitants of the republic can address on 53 categories. 17 new categories entered in 2015 united by the general subject "corruption" belong to their number.
Besides, authors of the conducted research note that law enforcement agencies of the republic conduct active work on suppression of corruption offenses. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015 the number of the revealed malfeasances has made 842 units (in 2012 – 922 crimes, in 2013 – 1094 crimes, in 2014 – 700 crimes), including 436 cases of bribery, 160 cases of office forgery, 124 cases of abuse of office, 106 cases connected with abuse of powers of office, 15 cases of negligence. From bribery cases the fact for initiation of legal proceedings in 33% of cases is taking of a bribe, in 67% – bribery. In general across the Republic of Tatarstan 2015 detectability of malfeasances per 10 thousand of the population has made 2,2 crimes of a corruption orientation that is higher than value of 2014.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs on RT in 2015 357 persons are brought to trial for commission of corruption crimes. It is 112 faces more, than in 2014. Among them: 64 employees of republican authorities and establishments, 86 employees of municipal authorities and establishments, 28 employees of federal authorities and establishments, 19 law enforcement officers, 7 workers of higher educational institutions, 153 citizens on the bribery facts. The similar situation, testifies to need of strengthening of scheduled maintenance with the population, change of the personal relation of citizens to a problem when the facts of corruption violations become unacceptable for them and are in every possible way stopped by them.
In general, respondents have expressed satisfaction with activity of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments, and also need of increase of level of anti-corruption informing within federal and republican editions is noted.
