The Report of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation for 2015 is published

The Report of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation for 2015 which, including, affects aspects of counteraction to corruption manifestations in the Russian Federation is published.

In particular, as it is specified in the Report, following the results of nine months 2015 27775 corruption crimes are revealed, at the same time growth of the acts constituting the greatest public danger and, in essence, being the center of corruption, such as receiving and bribery, abuse of powers of office is noted. Crimes of this orientation have highly latent character caused by their not evidence, a passive position of the victims.

In the Report need of creation in the Russian Federation of system of anti-corruption social advertizing, lighting in mass media (including electronic) results of the taken measures of an anti-corruption orientation is noted.

In nine months 2015 bodies of prosecutor's office have revealed 35998 regulations containing provisions of corruptogenic property. In this regard, as it is offered in the Report, adoption of the federal law "About regulations in the Russian Federation" is actual that can result in bigger stability of the legislation as tens of changes are brought in basic frame laws, including in 2015 - 14 times in the Federal law No. 184, nine times in the Federal law No. 131, five times in the Federal law No. 67.

As for the conclusions provided by the Report, selectivity of justice, lack of effective system of inevitability and inevitability of punishment, and also imperfection of law-enforcement system in general remain one of the main problems at counteraction of corruption.
