The standard contract for car repairs is approved

Since May 15 the order of Minpromtorg containing a form of the standard contract for rendering services in diagnostics, servicing and repair of vehicles works. The form is applied irrespective of the size of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (NMTsK).

Also other standard contracts, for example on delivery of production of the radio-electronic and ship-building industry, aviation equipment, to rendering services of exhibition and exhibition activity are approved. The last standard contract can be used at any NMTsK size too (including when purchasing at the only supplier).
