The data which are a trade secret are entered in the register of contracts

Under the Law N 223-FL the register of contracts is kept in the unified information system (UIS). The Ministry of Finance "repeatedly" specifies: in this Law the exhaustive list of cases in which information on purchase isn't placed in EIS is established:

- the data on implementation of purchases of goods, works, services, on the conclusion of contracts which are the state secret;

- data on purchase according to which, according to part 16 of article 4 of the Federal law N 223-FL, the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation on non-stationing in a unified information system is made;

- data on purchase of goods, works, services which cost doesn't exceed hundred thousand rubles;

- data on purchase of goods, works, services which cost doesn't exceed five hundred thousand rubles in case the annual revenue of the customer for financial financial year makes more than five billion rubles.

 At the same time recognition of information a trade secret doesn't belong to such cases.
