The president has charged to simplify access of small business to purchases

For simplification of access of small business entities to the government and municipal procurement the president has charged to make changes to the legislation. It is possible to distinguish the following from them.

Will establish a deadline to which the customer is obliged to return to the performer the funds transferred as providing the contract. Besides, suppliers (contractors, performers) won't place money as providing the contract if they have three years' positive experience of performance of similar contracts.
