When purchasing under the Law N 223-FL it is admissible to demand the information about beneficiaries of the participant.

Such actions are lawful if the requirement to provide information on a chain of owners is established in documentation to all participants. We believe, an opportunity to provide him has to be reflected in the provision on purchase.

In the Law N 44-FL it isn't specified that the customer has the right to request information on beneficiaries from participants. Therefore, when purchasing under this Law it is possible to appeal against inclusion of the requirement in documentation.
