At performance of the contract it is impossible to replace a preparation from the list of vital drugs

When the contract for delivery of vital and essential drugs (VED) is concluded and executed, it is impossible to replace one medicine with another both in case of change of the country of origin, and in case of change of the producer.

This position is reflected in a joint explanation of the Ministry of Economic Development, FAS, Minpromtorg and Ministry of Health. Departments have noted: if preparations from the list of VED are bought by running an electronic auction, it is possible to reject the offer which isn't conforming to requirements of the legislation only by results of consideration of the second part of the application
