Rules of restructuring of debts on bank guarantees for 2016 are accepted.

Rules regulate an order of restructuring of debts of commercial banks to the customers who are carrying out purchases under the Law N 44-FL. Restructuring is understood as change of primary obligations of banks for payment of the sum of the bank guarantee on different ways of execution.

The new order practically doesn't differ from former. So, for restructuring of debt the bank has to address the customer. He is obliged to consider the address no more than 10 working days after receiving. At an affirmative answer the customer and bank conclude the agreement which works 12 months from the date of signing.
