The participant has to submit the certificate on the organization of preparation of project documentation.

When purchasing works on preparation of project documentation the customer is obliged to establish such requirement.

As specifies Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing, except the admission to works on the organization of preparation of project documentation it is possible to demand the admission to concrete types of works on her preparation from the participant. In this case the duty of the contractor to perform all works or their part independently has to be reflected in the draft contract.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development, only persons who have certificates on the admission to the organization of such works have the right to participate in purchase under the Law N 44-FL on performance of work on preparation of project documentation.
