Establishment has the right to buy works on repair of property which doesn't own

The municipal authority can buy by rules of the Law N 44-FL of work on capital and to maintenance of property which isn't at establishment on the right of operational management or other right of use.

It is possible to conduct procurement if it corresponds to the kinds of activity enshrined in constituent documents of establishment. Besides, it has to have powers to carry out capital and maintenance of the specified property. These powers allocate, for example, institution which performs the corresponding state or municipal task.
