According to the Letter of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from 3/15/2016 N 6770-EE/D28 unreasonable implementation of purchases at the only supplier (the contractor, the performer), including according to point 9 of part 1 of article 93 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FL "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs", is a violation of the law of the Russian Federation about contract system.

A solemn presentation of a New Year's gift took place at the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the All-Russian "Wish Tree" campaign. Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee Marat Ziatdinov fulfilled the dream of 12-year-old Danis Shokhin by giving him modern motorcycle equipment for motorsport and a sweet gift.
A meeting of the Coordinating Council for Educational Work in educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan. The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
