Purchase of services on the assessment of working conditions: the data about the participant should be in spetsreestre

When an auction for the provision of a special assessment of the working conditions, the customer is obliged to establish a requirement in a notice that the information about the participants should be kept in the register of organizations conducting this assessment.

Participant must not validate by documents compliance with this requirement. The list is available on the Internet (http://akot.rosmintrud.ru/sout/organizations), and the legislation does not provide the issuance of the notification that the organization included in the register.
