The request shall indicate the country of origin, if the documentation does not contain the name

A participant may express their consent to use the goods in the application, without giving the name of the country of origin, when the trademark and the country of origin specified in the documentation.

The court found the refusal to allow legitimate a participant to the purchase by the Law N 44-FL, which agreed to delivery of goods with the trademark specified in the documentation, but did not result in the name of the country of origin of the goods. It is was absent in the documents too. Goods with the necessary trademark can be produced in different countries.
