If only supplier did not fulfill the contract, information about it will introduce in the register of unfair suppliers

When a customer terminates the contract due to significant violations, information about the artist, according to Ministry of Economic Development believes is necessary to include in the register of unfair suppliers (RUS). The rule applies to contracts worth up to 100 000 rubles, Concluded with a single supplier.

Previously, the agency explained: RUS is not reflected the information about a single supplier (contractor), which did not fulfill or improperly fulfilled the contract. The exception is when the contract is concluded with a single supplier, since the procurement procedures were not held.

To minimize the risk of bringing to justice in this case it is advisable to submit information for inclusion into RUS.
