Contracts with the sole supplier included in the scope of purchases conducted in the request for quotation

In the volume of purchases conducted by the request for quotations, we must also take into account the contracts that are concluded with a single supplier (contractor, executor), if the request for quotation declared invalid.
On the basis of Law N 44-FL contracts with the sole supplier in this situation should be seen as a continuation of purchases initiated through the request for quotation.
