The coefficient of decrease in the initial (maximum) price of the contract (NMTsK) to the price offered by the winner will help to determine both the price for a commodity unit, and cost of a stage of performance of work.
For example, when the goods of different types are bought, the total cost of goods of each look pays off in proportion to decrease coefficient.

The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
