It is possible to specify parameters of object of purchase in the application in accordance with GOST

The conclusion is drawn on the basis of the Law N 44-FL. However the Ministry of Economic Development doesn't explain how to arrive to the participant if GOST instead of concrete indicators contains the range of values.
Earlier department specified: the participant is obliged to provide concrete indicators in the application even if only range is provided in state standard specification.
Thus, the question of what meant department under the right of the participant to specify in the application parameters according to GOST remains not resolved.

A meeting of the Coordinating Council for Educational Work in educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan. The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
