FAS has the right to consider violations of regional and municipal customers in the sphere of purchases

FAS and his territorial authorities can make protocols and consider cases of administrative offenses of customers who carry out purchases for needs of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal needs.

It is possible to draw a conclusion that the antimonopoly authority has the right to consider such cases even if in the territorial subject of the Russian Federation there is an executive authority authorized to control purchases under the Law N 44-FL.
