Economic societies which apply the Law N 223-FL should be guided by him and in the course of commercial activity, including when purchasing the goods intended for the subsequent transfer to contractors.
Exception are the situations established in standards of this Law. For example, the case of purchase and sale of securities concerns to them.

The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
