The participant of request for quotation has no right to address for documentation explanation

The Ministry of Economic Development proves it by the fact that the customer makes only the notice, and doesn't prepare documentation at request for quotation.
We will note, according to the Law N 44-FL the participant of request for quotation can demand to explain results of consideration and an assessment of applications. The customer is obliged to answer him within two working days from the date of receipt of the address.
