The plan schedule remains the same if because of cancelled competition the way of purchase changed

The Ministry of Economic Development again specified: when competition is recognized cancelled because of submission only of one demand, and the customer acquires the right to sign the contract with the only supplier, changes aren't made to the plan schedule. There is also an opposite point of view.

We will remind that in 2016 customers will make plans schedules for next year, being guided by provisions of the law N 44-Fl. Changes need to be made to plans schedules for 2016, considering features and an order which is accepted during action of the Law N 94-Fl.
