Rules of issue of certificates on the country of origin of drugs are accepted

The order regulates issue of the certificates made in the ST-1 form on vital and major preparations. It is applicable if purchase is carried out for ensuring the state (municipal) needs.

It is necessary to address to authorized Chamber of Commerce and Industry for registration of the certificate. It will be given out within three working days, having considered the filed documents.  The certificate stops working after completion of purchase by the general rule.

We will remind: such certificate needs to be submitted to observe restrictions on the admission to purchases of the foreign medicines included in the list vital and the major.
