It is possible to buy for the sum no more than 100 thousand rubles from the only supplier any goods

The law N 44-FL doesn't set restrictions by types of goods (works, services) if purchases at the only supplier for the sum up to 100 thousand rubles are carried out. Therefore, on such basis it is possible to carry out purchase at the subject of natural monopoly, observing provisions of this Law.

We will remind that there is independent basis for purchase execution for the only supplier - need for goods (works, services) of the natural monopolist. In this case the customer has to follow a number of rules, for example place the notice on purchase in uniform information system.
