Purchase of the works which aren't provided in the contract needs to be carried out separately

If at performance of the contract it was required to carry out works which in it aren't specified, it is necessary to carry out their purchase in any way defined in the Law N 44-FL.

Amount of works, provided in the contract, it is possible to increase without carrying out new purchase. The increase is admissible no more than for 10% of the price of unit of work on certain positions of local budget calculation. These changes join in the contract only by agreement of the parties if such opportunity is established in the contract and documentation.

In a case when there is no more need to carry out separate types of works, the Ministry of Economic Development recommends to terminate the contract by agreement of the parties.
