The winner of SMP is obliged to involve subcontractors from among small enterprises

The duty arises when the notice contains the requirement to attract the subjects of small business (SSB) or the socially oriented non-profit organizations (SONPO) as subcontractors (collaborators). Earlier the Ministry of Economic Development had an opposite point of view.

To be necessary to note: in the Law N 44-FL it is provided that the customer has the right to demand to attract SMP or SONO as subcontractors (collaborators) if the supplier (the contractor, the performer) isn't such subject or the organization.
