It is possible to place documentation in the format which isn't allowing to carry out search and copying in EIS

If opportunity to look for and copy fragments of the text is absent, it doesn't contradict the Law N 44-FL. In that case restrictions for acquaintance with the placed information aren't present.
The conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development is based that in provisions of the law N 44-FL only the ban to raise a payment for access to documentation is established. Other requirements it isn't provided.
We will remind: the antimonopoly authority stated other position concerning placement of information on the official site.

A meeting of the Coordinating Council for Educational Work in educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan. The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
