Plans schedules of purchases for 2016 are offered to be placed by old rules

Action of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation N 544, Federal Treasury of N 18n of 20.09.2013 it is offered to extend for 2016. In case of acceptance of corresponding changes plans schedules of purchases for 2016 will be published on the official site taking into account provisions of the called order.

We will remind that according to the Federal law of 31.12.2014 N 498-FL coming into effect of Art. 21 (except for h. 11) The federal law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL in which the new order of placement in EIS is defined (on the official site) of plans schedules, it is postponed for 2016. Therefore, this order won't be applied to the plans schedules made in 2015 for 2016.
