CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE LAW ON CONTRACT SYSTEM NO. 44-FL THE LAW NO. 390-FL OF 29.12.2015

The federal law No. 390-FL made of 29.12.2015 changes to rules of implementation of purchases under the law No. 44-FL: excess requirements to documents as a part of the application for participation in competition are excluded; the validity of anti-recessionary measures is extended till January 1, 2017. New rules will come into force since January 1, 2016.

The federal law of 29.12.2015 No. 390-FL "About modification of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" made the following changes to rules of implementation of purchases under the law on contract system No. 44-FL.
