The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation explained an order of definition of NMTsK when purchasing drugs

According to department, at calculation of the initial ceiling price of the contract (ICPC) when purchasing the medicines included in the list of vital and major medicines it is necessary:

- to apply a tariff method;

- to count ICPC as the maximum value of the registered limit selling prices of producers with a VAT increase.

According to explanations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation limit selling price for the Russian producer is the medicine price specified in accompanying documentation goods. Besides, it is noted that at the conclusion of contracts for delivery of the preparations included in the list of MVD, the price is defined without application of limit extra charges.
