It is explained, under what conditions it is possible to change a way of ensuring performance of the contract

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation specified that replacement of a way of ensuring performance of the contract is possible only along with reduction of the amount of such providing in proportion to the volume of the fulfilled obligations.
Thus it is possible to change a way of providing only under a condition if the volume of the obligations fulfilled under the contract was step by step documentary issued.
Other conditions for replacement of a way of providing at a stage of performance of the contract in the Federal law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL it isn't provided. Such conclusion is drawn on the basis of h. The 7th Art. 96 of the called Law.

The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
