It is possible to request personal information to define compliance of the participant to requirements

To define, whether the participant of purchase under the Law N 223-FL answers the provided requirements, the customer can request from it personal information. Such right has to be established in the provision on purchase and documentation.

The customer needs to consider the restrictions defined in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. For example, by the general rule the employer has no right to report personal data of the worker to the third party without his consent.

The person which broke an order of collecting, storage, use or distribution of personal information bears administrative responsibility in the form of a penalty. For officials it reaches 1 thousand rubles, and for legal persons - 10 thousand rubles.
