The term of summing up purchase under the Law N 223-FL can't be determined by the period

In the notice and documentation on purchase it is necessary to determine date, but not the period of consideration of demands and summing up. Therefore, for example, the formulation "demands are considered within five days" is inadmissible.

The conclusion is based on provisions of the Law N 223-FL according to which in the notice and documentation it is necessary to define date of commission of such actions.
