The control body isn't obliged to apply a meeting audio recording to the decision

According to regulations on consideration of complaints at a meeting of the commission of control body the audio recording is conducted, but the duty to represent it together with the decision of control body is absent. By the legislation it isn't established that it is possible to cancel this decision if the audio recording isn't applied to it.

A meeting of the Coordinating Council for Educational Work in educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan. The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
