The basis for refusal to sign the contract when purchasing drugs is changed

Now when purchasing vital and major medicines refusal to conclude the contract is possible if the participant doesn't reduce the price which exceeds the limit selling price of these preparations specified in the register.

It is necessary to consider: or such participant has to be the producer of preparations, or the initial (maximum) price of the contract, for example, when purchasing for ensuring federal needs has to make more than 10 million rubles.

Earlier the customer was obliged to refuse the conclusion of the contract if the offered price of these preparations exceeded limit holiday and the participant refused to reduce it.

These rules concern purchases notices about which are placed after January 1.
