The price of the contract for rendering services in power supply can't be approximate.

The conclusion of such type of contracts isn't provided in the list of cases when instead of the firm price of the contract its formula and the maximum value are established.
However the customer has the right to increase the price no more than by 10% if opportunity to change volume within this size was provided in documentation and the contract. If the price increases for a large sum, the customer has the right to carry out new purchase under the Law N 44-FL.
