At liquidation of firm of the contractor it is necessary to appeal to court for cancellation of the contract.

To reduce risks, it is possible to provide in the contract a condition that the performer is obliged to notify the customer on the beginning of elimination, and the customer who received such notice having the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
