The size of decrease in the initial (maximum) price of the contract isn't rounded

When the customer solves, whether to apply anti-dumping measures, under the Law N 44-FL the size of decrease in the initial (maximum) price of the contract (IMPsC) as a percentage isn't rounded to the whole value.

The court confirmed the decision of antimonopoly authority: the customer had no right to demand from the winner of auction of observance of anti-dumping measures as that lowered IMPsC not by 25% and more, and for 24,9973%.

In our opinion, in similar situations it is expedient to customer to count percent of decrease in IMPsC independently.
