It is impossible to specify estimated price of the contract when carrying out request of quotations

We will apply a conclusion and in a situation when the contract consists with the only supplier. In these cases the contract doesn't may contain also a formula of calculation of the price and its maximum value.

According to the Law N 44-FL it is authorized to specify estimated price of the contract or a formula of its calculation and the maximum value according to similar data from documentation. The customer can use this right only in the cases established by the Government (for example, when purchasing services in a real estate assessment). When carrying out request of quotations, and also at the conclusion of the contract with the only supplier the customer doesn't prepare documentation.
