Each volume of the application for participation in competition has to contain the inventory

If the participant of open competition supplied the first volume of the demand with the uniform list of documents, and the second and third volumes of the inventory don't contain, the commission of the customer has the right to reject the demand.

The conclusion is based on provisions of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 N 44 "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" in which it is specified: the application for participation in competition and its volume have to contain the inventory of incoming documents.
