The customer specifies in EIS of data on all contracts signed under the Law N 223-FL

It is necessary to place data on quantity and a total cost of all signed contracts irrespective of their price and a subject. Information is specified no later than the 10th date following for reporting.
The antimonopoly authority proves this conclusion that doesn't contain in the Law N 223-FL requirements to a subject and the sum of the contract data about which need to be placed in EIS.
