The contract of leasing should be signed within the Law N 44-FL

This Law extends and on legal relationship which arise at performance of this contract.
Features of the contract signed with the public (municipal) institution are provided in the Law on leasing. If it is the lessee, the contract joins, in particular, a ban to provide with pledge implementation of obligations. An exception is pledge of property which is leased.
