If the winner evaded from the conclusion of the contract, it is impossible to change the term of its execution

Isn't provided opportunity to change a date of contract  when from its conclusion the winner of competition (electronic auction) evaded in the Law N 44-FL.

The position is based on provisions of this Law according to which the contract consists on the terms of the notice, documentation and the demand. It is possible to change the contract only in some cases.

We believe, in case of evasion of the winner the participant should estimate before the conclusion of the contract, whether it is possible to execute it in time.
