It is forbidden to buy the foreign software since January 1

The ban concerns also purchases of exclusive rights to the foreign software and rights of use it, rules of maintaining the unified register of the Russian programs are defined.

Exception of a ban are cases of purchase of the foreign software which analogs aren't present in this register. The ban and when the programs of the same class which are available in the register don't conform to the requirements provided in documentation doesn't work.

In such situations the customer has to prove impossibility of observance of a ban in accordance with the established procedure.

Now the unified register of the Russian programs isn't present. We believe if by January 1 it isn't created, the date of the introduction of a ban in force will be postponed.
