The law N 223-FL allows to allocate some lots within one purchase

Rules of carrying out multilot purchases are established in the provision on purchase and documentation. Concerning each lot the subject, data on the initial (maximum) price of a lot, terms and other terms of delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering services is specified.

It is also possible to reflect the right of the customer to cancel one or several lots in documentation, without canceling purchase completely. Applications are submitted and the contract is signed concerning a separate lot.

The Ministry of Economic Development reminds customers that when forming lots it is necessary to observe provisions of the Law N 135-FL on a ban to make actions which bring or can lead to prevention, restriction or elimination of the competition.
