The order of maintaining the register of contracts is planned to change

Can provide to customers five working days to send data to Federal Treasury for formation of this register. Now this term is three working days. Besides, it is offered to include in the register information on subcontractors according to large contracts.

We will remind, suppliers (contractors, performers) are obliged to send to customers of data on subcontractors (collaborators) if the initial (maximum) price of the contract makes more than 1 billion rubles (for ensuring federal needs) or 100 million rubles (for ensuring needs of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation and municipal needs). The price of the contract (contracts) with the collaborator has to exceed 10% of the price of such contract.
