The list of the customers who are carrying out purchases at SMSP under the Law N 223-FL is changed

Since January 1 customers will be obliged to carry out part of purchases at subjects of small and average business (SMAB), revenue which annual volume for the previous calendar year exceeds 2 billion rubles, and also the state companies.
Earlier it was planned that only those persons have to make such purchases, revenue which annual volume for the previous calendar year makes more than 1 billion rubles.
Also the form of the declaration on compliance of the participant of purchase to criteria of reference to SMSP is approved. Customers need to use it since January 1.
