The procedure of payments of volume of purchases at SSAB can be changed under the Law N 223-FL

In the volume of obligatory purchases at subjects of small and average business (SSAB) making 5% (for 2015) and 10% (for the next years) from the cumulative cost volume of contracts, are offered to include purchases which participants are any persons, including SSAB.
Now this volume of purchases at SSAB is formed due to purchases as which participants only these subjects act.
Can also expand the list of purchases which aren't considered at calculation of the cumulative annual cost volume of the contracts signed including with SSAB. Will add to the list, for example, purchases of communication services and services of the educational organizations.
