The contract is executed at the time of execution of all obligations by its parties under the Law N 223-FL

This rule needs to be considered when forming data on date of performance of the contract which will be entered in the register of contracts. The customer has to specify the term of full performance of obligations the parties including also acceptance and payment of goods (results of the performed work, the rendered service).

Thus guarantee certificates are an independent interim measure therefore the term of their action doesn't join performances of the contract in time.

The customer has to send to treasury necessary data and documents within 10 days from the date of its execution to enter information on performance of the contract in this register.
