All customers applying the Law N 223-FL have to place the report on purchases with SMSP

According to provisions of the Law N 223-FL all customers are obliged to publish data on the contracts signed by results of purchases at subjects of small and average business (SMSP) on the official website.

Under the specified Law only those customers which annual volume of revenue makes more than 10 billion rubles are obliged to carry out part of purchases at SMSP. Since January 1, 2016 this requirement will extend also on customers, whose total volume of revenue for the previous calendar year exceeds 1 billion rubles.

Customers who don't fall under action of the given situation, by drawing up the reporting specify data on number of the contracts signed with SMSP, and in the absence of such information put down "0".
