Purchases at the only supplier are considered in volume of purchases at small, medium business

The customer has the right to consider purchases at the only supplier, counting cumulative annual cost the volume of the contracts signed with subjects of small and average business (SMSP), when purchasing under the Law N 223-FL.

They can be considered if as participants of purchases was any persons, including SMSP or when subcontractors (collaborators) who are these subjects are involved in performance of the contract acted.

We will remind that the purchases aren't considered at determination of the specified volume listed in the list. For example , purchases for ensuring defense of the country and safety of the state concern to them.

For 2015 it is established that cumulative annual cost the volume of the contracts signed with SMSP has to make not less than 9% of the cost volume of all contracts signed in the second half of the year.
